Ivy Lane Aesthetics, located in Chandler, AZ, is a woman-owned boutique medical aesthetics studio founded by a board-certified nurse practitioner and former labor & delivery nurse. We specialize in natural, restorative enhancements designed to help you look and feel your best at every stage of life. At Ivy Lane, we blend clinical expertise with a warm, personalized approach—creating a space where confidence grows, beauty feels authentic, and every treatment is rooted in compassion and care.

Led by founder Tammy Passante, RN, MSN, FNP‑C, Ivy Lane Aesthetics is a woman-owned practice built on compassion, experience, and expertise. Alongside a talented team of registered nurses and licensed aestheticians, each with backgrounds in medical care, we’re dedicated to delivering personalized treatments in a warm, supportive environment where clients feel truly seen and cared for.
Meet Tammy
Owner/ MSN, FNP-C and Certified Medical Aesthetician
Tammy continues to advance her knowledge with the evolving breakthroughs in skin care treatments and modalities to ensure she is offering her clients the best care available.
Formerly a Labor & Delivery Nurse
Tammy was formerly a labor and delivery nurse where she cared for mothers and families to help create a memorable and safe birth experience. She was passionate about empowering them to feel confident in their ability to be great parents for their new baby.
Care & Passion
In addition, she served in nursing leadership to help support those caring for the families. After 21 years, she now brings this same passion to providing high quality medical aesthetics and skin care to all of her clients.
Spare Time Hobbies
In her spare time, you can find her traveling, cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
As a Registered Nurse, Tammy prides herself in knowing she helps others with self-confidence as they pursue their goals and dreams.
Meet Maddy
Registered Nurse and Certified Medical Aesthetician
Maddy, followed in her mom’s footsteps and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Arizona State University, graduating Suma Cum Laude.
Formerly a NICU Nurse
She practiced as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) where she cared for incredibly sick babies and their grieving families. While the NICU brings immense sadness, it is also a place where immense hope lives and miracles happen daily. Maddy continued to work in the NICU for 6 years before making the leap into the medical aesthetics world.
Care & Passion
She has always had a great passion for bringing out the best in people and helping them feel their absolute best. Assisting clients in reaching their unique skin care and aesthetic goals is Maddy’s ultimate passion. Enhancing one’s natural beauty and creating a safe space for patients’ to discuss their concerns is of the upmost importance to her.
Spare Time Hobbies
Outside of work, Maddy enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She also loves experiencing new things and making memories with her husband, Ray, and her three children, Kai, Ivy and Emi. Family is incredibly important to Maddy and you can usually find her spending time with them.
Meet Hailey
Registered Nurse and Certified Medical Aesthetician
Hailey wanted to be a nurse since she was a little girl often playing dress up with a white cloak and chunky plastic syringe as her favorite accessories. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2016 and continues her love for the field of nursing.
Formerly a NICU Nurse
She initially practiced as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Taking deep pride in caring for some of the most vulnerable little babies and supporting their families along the way. The NICU has brought her so much adoration and gratitude for life which has transferred to her love of Medical Aesthetics!
Care & Passion
Hailey strives to provide her clients with the care and individual results that leave them feeling beautiful and refreshed! Her goal is to bring natural results and create a client-injector relationship that will last for years to come.
Spare Time Hobbies
When Hailey is not in the office, she is spending time with her family. Cade, her high school sweetheart now husband, and their two children Charlie Rae and Carter Jay. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, swimming, and playing with their dogs Abby and Ellie. When Hailey finds some ‘me’ time you can catch her with a good book or working up a sweat on her Peloton.
